Architectural Changes
Except for the original construction and except for purposes of proper maintenance and repair, it shall be prohibited to make any change or otherwise alter in any manner whatsoever the exterior of any Condominium Unit or upon any of the Common Elements within the community without the written approval of the Board of Directors. If you would like to make a change and/or addition to the exterior of your home, please complete the Architectural Change Request form and submit for Board review to Vanguard at the address listed on the application. The Board of Directors has sixty (60) days, after such application and plans have been submitted, to review and make a decision on the project.
Board Meetings
Regular Board of Directors meetings are held quarterly on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. The meetings for 2013 are scheduled as follows:
