Streetlights

The private streetlights located on Macintosh Lane, Red Gala Terrace and Cider Barrel Drive are maintained by the Orchard Run Townhouse Condominium, if there is problem with one of these lights, please report the location, giving the closest street address to the light, to Vanguard Management at 301-540-8600 x3306. The public streetlights on Cider Press Place are maintained by Montgomery County. If there is a problem with one of these lights, please contact the County at 240-777-2190.

Board Meetings

Regular Board of Directors meetings are held quarterly on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. The meetings for 2013 are scheduled as follows:

The Board Meetings are held at the Upcounty Center located on 12900 Middlebrook Road, Germantown, Md. 20874.
