Parking Rules and Regulations
All homeowners and residents are reminded to never park on the sidewalk or street in front of your home. Garages and driveways shall be used to park motor vehicles serving the residents of the Unit. Please make sure you read and understand the Vehicle Parking Violation Procedures. Vehicles found in violation of this policy risk being towed from the property at the vehicle owner’s risk and expense. If your vehicle is towed, please contact Custom Towing, 301-253-5151.
Board Meetings
Regular Board of Directors meetings are held quarterly on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. The meetings for 2013 are scheduled as follows:
