Family Day Care Home
The use of any Unit as a “Family Day Care Home” is permitted, provided that it meets all of the necessary approvals under the law, and provided that the Owner notify the Association in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the opening of the Family Day Care Home and further, the Board of Directors is provided, at least annually, with a copy of the license and insurance. Not withstanding the above, the Board of Directors may order that any such Family Day Care Home cease it operations or otherwise modify operations, on the grounds that the activity is creating a nuisance.
Board Meetings
Regular Board of Directors meetings are held quarterly on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. The meetings for 2013 are scheduled as follows:

- October 10, 2013
